Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any services provided by VectorClean (Pvt) Ltd ("VectorClean", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into these terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services or platform.

2. Our Services

VectorClean provides portable toilet hire, site cleaning, and related sanitation services across Zimbabwe. Our services include:

• Portable toilet units (Standard, Deluxe, VIP, Disabled Access)
• Post-construction and deep cleaning services
• Delivery, setup, and scheduled servicing of hired units
• Online booking, quoting, and client account management

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice to affected clients.

3. Booking & Cancellation Policy

All bookings are subject to unit availability and confirmation by VectorClean. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit and written confirmation from VectorClean.

VectorClean reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to equipment failure, natural disasters, or civil unrest. In such cases, a full refund of any deposit paid will be issued.

4. Payment Terms

All prices are quoted and payable in United States Dollars (USD) or Zimbabwe Gold (ZiG) at the prevailing official exchange rate unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate delivery address and access information
• Ensure a safe and accessible location for unit placement
• Use units and facilities in a reasonable and clean manner
• Not relocate, sublet, or modify hired units without prior written consent
• Report any damage, theft, or vandalism promptly

You will be liable for damage to hired units caused by misuse, negligence, or failure to follow VectorClean's usage guidelines.

6. Liability

VectorClean's liability to you for any claim arising from the provision of services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific booking giving rise to the claim.

VectorClean shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profit or business opportunity, arising from your use of our services.

We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from contamination. Clients are responsible for ensuring that hired facilities meet their specific health and safety requirements.

7. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for delay or failure to perform obligations under these terms where such failure results from circumstances beyond that party's reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, floods, drought, earthquakes, epidemics or pandemics, civil unrest, strikes, government actions, power failures, or fuel shortages.

The affected party shall notify the other as soon as reasonably practicable and shall use all reasonable efforts to minimise the impact of the force majeure event.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the VectorClean platform, including logos, text, graphics, software, and data, is the property of VectorClean (Pvt) Ltd and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Zimbabwe. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zimbabwe.

We encourage clients to first attempt to resolve disputes through our customer support team before initiating formal legal proceedings.

10. Amendments

VectorClean reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or posted on our website with at least 14 days' notice before taking effect. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
